Cheol Joon Baek studied Graphic Design at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia, and, in Toronto, Canada, graduated from Ryerson University’s Photography program. He has worked in Toronto as a commercial photographer and photojournalist covering politics, protests, parades, sports, the arts, and fashion and restaurant reviews. His photos have appeared in The Toronto Star and The National Post, and NOW, Post City, and AMÖI magazines. He has worked with the socially engaged photography collective PhotoSensitive and produced individual projects and shows on homeless youth in Toronto and on the proselytizing efforts of religious organizations in Guyana.
